Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quoted prices are based on information available at the time of quoting. Additional work, unforeseen site conditions, hidden defects or customer-requested variations may result in additional charges.
Deposits
A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or works commence. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or special-order items have been procured.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in administration fees, debt recovery costs and interest charges being applied.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to products supplied and installed by J. Brown Plumbing & Gas.
We warrant our workmanship in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and applicable Queensland legislation.

Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a call-out fee where attendance has been scheduled.
